After a few crazy first weeks of summer, we finally found ourselves at home this week.
So...we potty-trained.
We pottied (sp?) , and pottied, and cajoled, and begged, and pleaded, and encouraged, and promised, and threatened, and pottied some more. Whew.
BUT....I am happy to say, that Tris managed to fill up her potty chart in one week and stayed dry the whole day on Thursday! We also only had one accident on Wednesday and one today. yay!!!!
As a reward for all our hard work, we went to Wal-Mart tonight to pick out a toy- a princess bouncy ball and a pink bat & ball (ok, it was 2 things, but it was a long week.)
Personally, I kinda felt like mommy (& daddy) needed a treat as well for enduring!!
We are so proud of our big girl and hope that she continues to do well with going to the potty!! (remains to be seen if we will incur tooth decay and or debt while encouraging this.)

Great job, T-bird! Marylou-hide the anywhere chair until she's fully trained! Stella christened her rocker when we were training.
