ROAAARR!

I have easter pictures and stories to share, but I just had to take a moment to write this down about Tris so I can remember in the future. Here's our conversation from the other day.

Me: "Trissy, how was your day at school?"

Tris: "Mommy, Preston (a kid in her class) rwared at me and then I cried."

me: "huh?"

Tris: " He rwared at me!"

me: "ummmm....."

me: "Tris, what is a 'rwar?"

Then, with all the strength she can muster, she gives her biggest and best Lion King-type "ROOAAAAARRR!"

I'm laughing uncontrollably at this point, but apparently the "roar" is the new snub for two year olds. She has also taken to doing it at me when I ask her to do something she doesn't like. Case in point:

me: "Tristyn, please come pick up the colors."

Tristyn: "Rooaaaar!"

I can't help myself. Yesterday, I "rwared" back at her :)
