Does anyone listen to Kid Kraddic? Back in the day of long commutes I used to listen and hear the "weekend wrap-up" for big Al every Monday. Is that just me? (cue crickets)
okey-dokey....
Well, we had a pretty good weekend. I was telling Brian the other night that the minutiae in life is what is killing me right now. You know- you get all the big things done like your house unpacked and most (emphasis on most) of the pictures hung but then there are those few that you don't know what to do with? Or those last few details and phone calls you have to make. Or getting your driver's license changed. Ugh. Double ugh. I'm hoping we can be done with it all before the holidays get here so we can just enjoy them!
Went to the LSU game Saturday night while Brian's parents kept T-bird (and her other cousins too!) We are so lucky to have wonderful parents! We had fun at the game- it was my first one of the season and thank goodness the Tigers played well! It was also great weather for football even though it ended up being a late night since we had to drive back to Brookhaven for church the next morning.....but we ended with one of our favorite traditions. yum!

Fact: I have never had Cane's chicken.
kind of like that chicken place in Waco that everybody liked but with better sauce? Not necessarily healthy but one of our favs!!
